General Rules And Regulations

1     The class hours of SJCW are normally scheduled from 8.45 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. .
2 There shall be an Assembly of all the students and staff for Prayer every day from 8.45 to 9.00 a.m. before classes begin.
3 03. The students are expected to be in the college by 8.40 a.m.
4 04. Students shall not loiter in the Campus. Instead they must make use of the free time in the reading room or library for personal reading/discussion.
5 05. Study Tour is an integral part of our curriculum.
6 06. Seminars, Panel Discussions, Debates etc. are conducted for the development of the art of communication of the students. All students must take them seriously.
7 07. Guest Lectures/Special Lectures are organized for nurturing academic excellence and the General Knowledge of our students. They are part of the co-curricular activities.

College Dress/Uniform
The students of B.Ed. and B.T.C. have a special dress code of Sari and Blouse of a prescribed colour and for other Degree courses uniform Salwar suit with dupatta. A fine will be imposed on those who violate these instructions.

Identity Card & Borrower's Card

1     01. The students are issued Identity Cards (10) with their photographs attested by the Principal. Every student is expected to keep the 10 card with her, whole in the campus and during the travel to the College during working days. The ID cards must be presented at the gate of the College to the watch-man if asked for; they should also be presented at the payment of fees to the office and during their visit to the library .
2 02. ID card is also required for getting hall tickets, mark list and other Certificates. If the ID card is lost the student should apply for a duplicate with the special permission of the Principal by remitting an amount of Rs. 100/- together with two photos (Pass-port size) attested by the parents.
