Vision & Mission

Our Vision

Formation of emancipated and empowered women to be societal transformers through holistic educational leadership

Our Mission To create a healthy and civilized society by forming trained, educated, humane women leaders in order to nurture ideal families and to contribute to the well-being of the nation at large.

Our Inspiration
Jesus Christ is the Teacher and Master, Our Supreme and Divine Guru and Inspiration;
Our Guiding Principle of life,
"Leading us from untruth to Truth,
From darkness to Light and
From mortality to Immortality". (Br. Up.)
Jesus Christ is our best Model, Supreme Wisdom and Absolute Perfection. Great edifices are built on solid foundations with unshaken corner-stones. Undoubtedly Jesus Christ is the unshaken corner-stone on which St Joseph's College has its strong foundation and St Joseph, the foster father of Jesus Christ; and our Patron Saint is our inspiration 'leading us with a futuristic vision and mission. We join with the Rishis and Munis of the antiquity and pray - Aano Bhadraha Kratavo Yantu Vishwataha (Rig. V.1 :89:1) meaning 'Let noble thoughts come to us from every side.' It was under the protection and guidance of St Joseph that Jesus "grew in age and wisdom and in grace before God and men" after whose model we want to mould our youth and future teachers, so that they grow physically, intellectually, spiritually and socially after the model of Jesus Christ.
